1 General Terms & Conditions

Bno88 (bunce bno88.net) is an online gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bno88 and each member who uses its services.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

Each member may operate one account only. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bno88 accepts no liability if your password is used by someone else or becomes compromised. Please contact the support team immediately if you experience any password-related issues.

• Running multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or residence is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any third party.
• Bno88 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

To close your account, please submit a written request to the support team. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

Payment methods currently accepted at bno88 include Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and select bank transfers. The list of accepted methods is subject to change.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum deposit amount: determined by account type and level.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team. Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be reversed, but funds can be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal process.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from your account, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If suspicious activity is detected, bno88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation. If any irregularity is confirmed, the entire account balance may be forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bno88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 20x–40x).
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Cashback: Applies to net losses only. Cashback may also be subject to wagering requirements.

Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, generating transactions to exploit bonus conditions, or taking advantage of system vulnerabilities — any such bonus abuse, once detected, will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account suspended.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on bno88 are powered by third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

• Bno88 is not liable for any disconnection from the internet during a game session.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bno88's server logs shall be considered the definitive record.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is published and verified by an independent third party.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay, bno88 reserves the right to refund the wager for the affected round. However, bno88 also reserves the right to reclaim any incorrect payouts displayed as a result of a software error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bno88:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Strategically placing bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting).
• Using bno88 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the software through any form of technical interference.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Intimidating, harassing, or defrauding other members.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bno88 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a game or transaction fails due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures in payment processing by third-party providers.
• Damage caused by viruses or malware on your device.
• If you disclose your account credentials to another person yourself.
• In the event that services are discontinued due to regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

Bno88's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of funds held in your account.

10 Terms & Conditions Update

Bno88 may amend, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time and for any reason. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

For significant changes, bno88 will endeavor to notify you via your registered email or app notification. However, this is not a binding obligation on bno88's part. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.

Continued use of bno88 following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
